How long does it take for the carpet to dry?

Drying times depend on many factors but our carpets are USUALLY just damp for 6-12 hours.

Can I walk on the carpet while its still wet?

Yes, just try to not track anything on them.

How long does the job take to do?

It depends on the job but most can be completed in a few hours

Can you get every stain out?

We can get your carpets clean but some stains such as bleach, artificial colors such as koolaid stains will not come out with the regular cleaning process.

Do you repair carpet?

Yes, we stretch carpet and can also repair bleach and iron or cigarette burns.

Do you move furniture?

Yes we move most furniture as long as it doesn’t need to be taken apart, is not breakable ie: fish tanks or glass tables and is not electronic such as big screen televisions or computers.

Warranties for labor and installation as follows: 5 day warranty for carpet and upholstery cleaning services, 30 day warranty on flooring repairs, 90 day labor and installation warranty on new carpet and sheet vinyl, 120 day labor and installation warranty on hard surface flooring, no other labor and installation warranties either expressed or implied if not listed.
